Residential Conveyancing Solicitor/CILEX/CLC

RESIDENTIAL CONVEYANCING SOLICITOR/LEGAL EXECUTIVE OR LICENSED CONVEYANCER - North Lincolnshire We have an exciting opportunity for a qualified Residential Conveyancing Solicitor, FILEX or Licensed Conveyancer to join an expanding, modern law firm that is dedicated to providing a high level of customer service. The right candidate will be supported to develop their career within a dynamic and progressive environment with the opportunity to become a future Partner. ROLE The role will involve handling a busy and mixed caseload of work including: Sales and purchases; Investment properties; Freehold, leasehold, registered and unregistered property; Leasehold flats; Newbuilds; Transfers of Equity; Lease extensions ABOUT YOU You will be a qualified Solicitor, FILEx or CLC You will have a minimum of 1 year's PQE within a Conveyancing role. You will have excellent communication skills, be highly organised and have the ability to prioritise your workload REQUIREMENTS Handling a diverse caseload of conveyancing files and ability to manage your own caseload is essential; Using a Property Specific case managaement system; Dealing with LMS: Lender Exchange; The land registry website etc; Post completion procedures; Working effectively as part of a team and being able to communicate professionally at all levels; Managing customer's expectations, with excellent customer service skills; The Conveyancing Quality Scheme and the Conveyancing Protocol.
