Residential Property Associate Solicitor

Conveyancer or Residential Property Solicitor- Warwickshire (Flexible / hybrid working) This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Conveyancer or Associate Solicitor to join a well established, highly regarded Residential Property department based in Nuneaton. The successful candidate will work within a medium sized conveyancing team consisting of four experienced fee earners, several paralegals and legal assistants spread across two sites. The position will enable the successful candidate to further enhance their career and reputation within an established team whilst assisting with the further growth of the department. ABOUT YOU Have a minimum of 3 years' Residential Conveyancing experience (preferably all acquired at the same firm) Able to confidently deal with all aspects of Residential Conveyancing matters from the initial instruction through to completion Have excellent client care and communication skills Be able to work independently in a fast-paced environment to tight deadlines with a proven record of achieving fee income targets. This is a full-time position working 36.25 hours per week - Monday to Friday.
