Residential Conveyncing Solicitor/CILEx/Licensed Conveyancer

A highly regarded regional firm is looking for a Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer to join their residential property team, based in Shrewsbury. As a conveyancer in this team, you will manage a varied caseload of residential property transactions including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, new builds, unregistered titles, remortgages, shared ownerships and transfers of equity. You will also build and manage relationships with a range of clients, agents and referrers.
