Legal Counsel - EMEA

Legal Counsel - EMEA: This new role reports into the Regional Counsel, EMEA and has come about due to growth and a period of global expansion for the company. The role is located in Lancashire and hybrid working is available. Working closely with the Regional Counsel, as Legal Counsel - EMEA you will provide a broad range of legal and commercial advice to stakeholders in Europe, as well as support on wider global company projects. Specific responsibilities include: drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts; supporting other specialist colleagues in compliance areas; managing outside counsel; offering strategic and practical non-legal advice; coordinating with legal colleagues in the US and Asia; and generally advising various group companies and stakeholders on a broad range of legal, regulatory and compliance matters in the EMEA region.
