About the Role As Legal Counsel you'll play a key role in supporting our commercial activities, advising on a broad range of legal matters including: · Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts · Advising on corporate governance and compliance · Supporting M&A activity and business development initiatives · Managing external legal relationships · Providing pragmatic, business-focused legal solutions You'll work closely with the Head of Legal and stakeholders across the Group, gaining exposure to a wide variety of sectors and legal challenges.
