Legal Counsel

Company: An international technology company specialising in the production and distribution of original and licensed games, online content, associated hardware, and related services. It operates across the UK, Europe and beyond, and its client base includes a wide range of household name companies. Role - Legal Counsel: Working closely with the General Counsel and other legal team members, as Legal Counsel you will support on a wide variety of commercial, technology and other contractual matters, helping the business structure, negotiate, and execute contracts that support the company's growth strategy and mitigate risk. Specifically duties will include: sales, licensing, distribution, platform, support and confidentiality agreements; supporting with data protection and regulatory compliance; assisting with corporate restructuring matters; contributing to the development and implementation of legal strategy; and delivering practical, business-focused legal advice across the Group. About you? We're looking for a solicitor (qualified in England & Wales or equivalent) with strong commercial experience, and around 2-4 years' PQE. Experience of technology, software, licensing and similar matters is advantageous but not a prerequisite. What's on offer?
