Construction Litigation Solicitor | Tier 1 Firm | Glasgow | 1-6 PQE One of the leading Construction Litigation Teams in Scotland is currently looking to recruit a further Contentious Construction Solicitor/Associate to bolster the growing offering from the central Glasgow office. The Firm & Team: - Tier 1 (Legal500 Ranked) Construction team- highly accredited litigious heavyweight. - Long-established international client base with several recognisable clients. - Genuinely supportive culture with the majority of the Senior Associates joining as NQ's/Trainees. - Clear internal career development with a personalised development plan overseen by the Learning & Development team. The Role: - Provide full service advice and litigation services to clients across the construction and engineering industry - Work on the most complex, high value construction disputes in Scotland with the opportunity to advice on international disputes across the United Kingdom. - Partner-led team with the opportunity for business and professional development. The Candidate: - 1-6 PQE Solicitor- Scottish or English qualified. - Previous Real Estate and or Construction Litigation experience. - Genuine interest and enthusiasm for construction litigation work. - Strong drafting and advocacy skills.
