Construction Litigation Solicitor

A rare opportunity to join a specialist construction and infrastructure litigation team has arisen due to a recent internal promotion. This role can be based in either of the firm's Glasgow or Edinburgh offices- although agile and hybrid working is offered as standard across the firm. The Role: · Appearing in Court, mediation and arbitration sessions- acting on a range of national and international clients. · Direct opportunity to work alongside a range of clients- settling disputes ranging in value, complexity, operating sector and jurisdiction. · Providing top-level legal advice and designing clear, strategic, solutions for conflicts. · Guiding clients from inception through to settlement across different Constriction disputes. · Opportunity to be involved in a broad spectrum of litigious matters ranging from Public and Private Projects. · Opportunity to supporting senior colleagues with advocacy across various courts and jurisdiction. The Candidate: · NQ-5PQE Solicitor- qualified in either England/Wales or Scotland · Previous background within commercial, planning, construction, real estate or infrastructure litigation. · Genuine desire to specialise within Construction disputes and litigation.
