The Role: · Managing a complex Personal Injury caseload covering a range of disputes from Serious Injury, EL/PL and Fatal Injury on behalf on insurers. · Delivering excellent, quality, legal advice and service to a long-established national client base. · Collaborating with colleagues across the office network to deliver the best results for clients. · Managed a broad caseload across both the Sheriff's Court and Court of Session. The Candidate: · 3-6 PQE Solicitor -Qualified in either England or Scotland with a proven background in Personal Injury. · Previous background Personal Injury or Clinical Negligence is essential- either gained in a Purser or Defendant capacity. · A previous background in handling matters through the Sheriff's Court and Court of Session is essential. · A clear ambitious to progress and develop within one of the leading litigation teams in Scotland.
