Role Overview: You will represent clients in court, as well as in mediation and arbitration sessions, working with a diverse portfolio of national and international clients. You will deliver high-calibre legal advice, craft strategic solutions to complex conflicts, and support clients from the initial stages through to settlement across a range of construction disputes. The position encompasses involvement in both public and private projects, and you will also have the chance to assist senior colleagues with advocacy across multiple courts and jurisdictions. Candidate Profile: The ideal candidate will be a solicitor with 2-6 years' PQE, qualified in England/Wales or Scotland, with prior experience in commercial, planning, construction, real estate, or infrastructure litigation.
