Banking Lawyer | 2-5 Years PQE | Birmingham | Hybrid Working Available | International Firm BCL Legal is delighted to be partnering with a leading UK law firm in the recruitment of a Banking Lawyer for its Birmingham office. This is an excellent opportunity to join a top-tier finance team acting on a broad range of national and cross-border banking transactions. The Role You will play a key role within a highly regarded finance practice, advising lenders and borrowers on a variety of high-value and complex banking matters. The work includes real estate finance, leveraged finance, and corporate lending, with exposure to a diverse client base including UK clearing banks, investment funds, independent lenders, and listed corporates. You will be working closely with experienced partners and a collaborative national team, with the opportunity to lead on matters and build long-standing client relationships. This role is based in Birmingham, with hybrid working available. The Candidate You will be a qualified solicitor with between 2 and 5 years' post-qualification experience in banking and finance law.
