Construction Associate | NQ-3 PQE | Birmingham | Hybrid Working Available BCL Legal is delighted to be working with a leading UK law firm on the recruitment of a junior Construction Associate for its top-ranked team in Birmingham. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a nationally recognised practice advising on major non-contentious construction projects. The Role You will support an expert team delivering high-quality advice on development and infrastructure matters, including real estate and corporate acquisitions, process plant contracts, and property finance deals. The team acts for a broad range of clients, including household names, with a focus on employer/developer-side mandates. Working alongside highly experienced partners and former in-house counsel, you'll be advising on standard forms such as JCT and NEC, as well as bespoke project documentation. While this is primarily a non-contentious role, there is scope to become involved in contentious matters if desired. The position is based in Birmingham, with hybrid working arrangements available. The Candidate You will be a junior construction lawyer with between NQ and 3 years' PQE, ideally with experience in non-contentious work. Candidates from both private practice and in-house backgrounds are encouraged to apply.
