The Role As an Associate in the Banking & Finance team, you will: Support partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of banking and finance transactions. Draft, review and negotiate banking documentation. Manage client deadlines and contribute to efficient transaction delivery. Work closely with colleagues in corporate, real estate and other practice groups on cross-practice matters. Develop your sector knowledge and play a role in the team's business development initiatives. The Person We are looking for a solicitor with: NQ-3 years' PQE in banking and finance (real estate finance experience highly regarded). Strong academic background and technical ability. Excellent drafting, organisational and client-handling skills. Commercial acumen and a collaborative approach. An interest in developing their career in a top-tier banking and finance practice.
