They are seeking an ambitious and technically strong Corporate Tax Associate or Senior Associate to join their Birmingham team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-value, complex corporate tax matters and gain exposure across a diverse client base. The Role: Advise on a broad range of corporate tax matters, including M&A, restructuring, demergers, share incentive schemes, succession planning, and property tax. Support clients across the full lifecycle of their businesses, from start-up to exit. Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team across corporate, commercial property, employment, and private client matters to deliver integrated solutions. Contribute to business development by supporting senior colleagues in identifying opportunities and maintaining client relationships.
