You will also be dealing with a wide range of matters such as final account and delay claims, quality of build claims, construction insolvency, bond claims, ACM cladding, professional indemnity, and other insurance-related claims. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of post-qualification experience in construction litigation, with a strong understanding of the UK legal system and relevant legislation. You should also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
