Real Estate Solicitor Our client is a Legal 500 tier one ranked real estate team at the heart of this prestigious boutique firm in London, seeking to recruit an Associate with 2-3 years' PQE. The successful real estate solicitor joining this esteemed practice will advise clients, both domestically and internationally, across a range of sectors which includes: - Tech, Media and Telecoms - FTSE 100 corporates - Banking and finance - Film, TV and streaming - Professional services - Publishing You work will be broad and challenging, undertaking a full range of landlord and tenant matters, primarily for corporate occupiers, including acquisitions and disposals, portfolio and asset management, financing, leases and licences. Candidates applying for this position should be able to display: - At least 2-3 years' PQE in commercial real estate gained with a city / international firm. - A strong academic background. - Experience in landlord and tenant matters, particularly in relation to corporate occupiers. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and drafting skills.
