As a key member of the team, the individual will navigate the intricacies of the sale and purchase of agricultural property and rural residential property. The role will also involve advising on landlord and tenant matters across agricultural, commercial, and residential sectors. The candidate will play a pivotal role in managing sporting rights, rights of way, easements, and other complex facets of real property law. The firm prides itself on engaging with more intricate transactions, including negotiating mineral leases, solar farm leases, renewable energy projects, and development agreements.
