Key Responsibilities: - Advising on high-value construction disputes, with a focus on litigation, adjudication, arbitration, and other methods of dispute resolution. - Delivering pragmatic, commercial advice to clients, including real-time project support. - Managing a varied and intellectually challenging caseload. - Collaborating with colleagues nationally and internationally on major mandates. - Contributing to business development initiatives and building long-term client relationships. Candidate Requirements: - UK-qualified solicitor with 4-7+ years' PQE in contentious Construction & Engineering law. - Strong academic credentials and technical excellence in litigation and ADR processes. - Confident, commercially astute, and able to advise clients directly on day-to-day matters. - Team-focused, collaborative and keen to share knowledge and support junior colleagues. - Enthusiastic about contributing to a dynamic, high-performing team and growing practice.
