Real Estate Senior Associate | Residential Development | London Are you a senior real estate lawyer looking to deepen your experience in residential development work? Do you want to join a highly regarded team within one of the UK's top real estate practices, advising major developers on landmark urban schemes? If so, this could be your ideal next move. We are working with a prestigious and highly respected law firm to find a talented Real Estate Senior Associate for their busy Developer Team. This role is perfect for a confident and commercially savvy lawyer with significant experience in complex urban development projects. Sitting within a broader Real Estate group that is central to the firm's success, the Developer Team advises some of the UK's largest and most active residential developers. You will be trusted with high-profile work and given immediate access to key clients, with the opportunity to play a visible and influential role on substantial development schemes. Key Responsibilities: - Site acquisitions: Acting on strategic land deals, conditional contracts, and options agreements. - Development disposals: Managing sales of completed units or entire developments. - Ongoing estate management: Advising on queries arising from the day-to-day operation of client portfolios. - Collaborative project work: Liaising with colleagues in tax, corporate, planning, construction and litigation to deliver a seamless service to clients. - Client contact: Engaging regularly with clients and their technical and management teams, building strong relationships and delivering commercially tailored legal advice. About You: - Qualified solicitor in England & Wales with at least 5 years' PQE, ideally gained at a recognised City, national or specialist property firm. - Have a demonstrable track record in residential development work, including site acquisition and disposal. - Understand the complexities of large-scale urban regeneration projects. - Thrive in a collaborative environment, with excellent organisational and communication skills. - Are commercially minded, solution-oriented and keen to take on increasing responsibility.
