The Opportunity: Joining a collaborative and well-established team, you'll advise on high-value, complex strategic land transactions across the UK. This includes greenfield and brownfield development projects, often involving multiple stakeholders and long-term phased delivery. The firm is known for its sophisticated handling of large-scale land assemblies and infrastructure-led development, offering a genuinely exciting practice area for lawyers looking to develop technical depth and sector insight. You'll work alongside real estate, planning, construction, tax and corporate colleagues, supporting clients including landowners, developers, housebuilders, promoters, funders, and local authorities. The firm acts on a range of matters including: - Promotion, collaboration, and option agreements - Development and infrastructure delivery arrangements - Phased site disposals and long-term estate management - Structuring of land acquisitions and joint ventures - Tax-efficient development structuring This role offers excellent training, clear progression opportunities, and the chance to work closely with highly experienced partners in a team that continues to win a strong flow of new instructions from longstanding clients.
