- Handle business lease renewals, new store development, and real estate issues tied to wider corporate transactions.
- Lead or contribute to large-scale store rollout programmes and support clients with cross-border property strategy.
- Collaborate closely with colleagues across construction, planning, property litigation, corporate, and finance to deliver a seamless, full-service offering.
- Play a key role in developing client relationships and participating in business development initiatives, including educational and networking events.
Candidate Requirements:
- You will be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales with 3-7 years' PQE in commercial real estate.
- You'll have a strong background in landlord and tenant work, acquisitions and disposals, and ideally some exposure to corporate support.
- Experience working with retail, leisure, or investor clients will be highly regarded, but is not essential.
- You are commercially astute, collaborative, and eager to take ownership of client relationships.
- You are committed to delivering technically sound, commercially practical advice with a strong client-service ethos.
The Opportunity:
- Reputation & Reach: The firm is recognised nationally for its top-tier real estate practice, advising a diverse client base that includes international retailers, property funds, hotel operators, financial institutions, and luxury brands.
- Market-Leading Work: Work on complex, high-value real estate transactions across the UK, including investment acquisitions, portfolio management, store rollouts, and asset management.
- Client Exposure: Enjoy direct client contact with household names, entrepreneurial investors, and corporate occupiers, supporting their strategic property goals.
- Collaborative Culture: Join a close-knit team that values collaboration, knowledge-sharing, and the development of long-term client relationships.
- Career Development: Benefit from a structured progression pathway, excellent mentoring, and a commitment to your long-term professional growth.
- Flexible Working: The firm offers hybrid working options, promoting a healthy work-life balance alongside a high-quality caseload.
If you're a real estate lawyer looking to take your career to the next level in a firm that offers quality work, high-level client access, and real potential for progression, we'd love to hear from you.
