The Role: Working as part of one of the UK's most highly regarded contentious construction practices, you'll be advising major contractors, developers, funders, and public bodies on large-scale infrastructure, energy and real estate developments. The role includes:- - Contentious construction matters across adjudication, litigation, arbitration and mediation - Live project advisory work and strategic dispute avoidance - Instructions on both domestic and international matters, often involving cross-border elements - Opportunity to work closely with clients in sectors such as transport, renewables, utilities, commercial development, and social infrastructure The quality and profile of the work is second to none - this is a team that routinely handles disputes on some of the most complex and iconic infrastructure projects globally.
