The Role: As a key member of the team, you'll advise on a broad range of complex and high-value transactions, including: - Real estate investment and development - M&A and joint ventures - Leasing, pre-letting, and disposals - Infrastructure, energy, and regeneration projects - Real estate finance and restructurings You will take on client-facing responsibilities, often as lead associate, and contribute to mentoring junior lawyers and shaping client strategy.
