Real Estate Senior Associate | International Law Firm | London A prestigious global law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its high-profile Real Estate team, based in London. This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious and experienced real estate lawyer to take on complex, high-value work with a market-leading practice. You will be joining a Real Estate practice renowned for advising on significant commercial property transactions, including complex developments, strategic land acquisitions, and cross-border portfolio deals. Working alongside highly regarded partners and cross-disciplinary teams in planning, construction, and finance, you'll play a central role in delivering commercially astute legal solutions to a diverse, international client base. The Role: - Advising on a broad range of commercial property matters, including acquisitions, disposals, lettings, and development transactions. - Drafting and negotiating agreements such as leases, agreements for lease, and sale/purchase contracts for both freehold and leasehold properties. - Supporting more complex deals, including conditional agreements, large-scale disposals, and financing transactions in collaboration with internal specialists. - Managing multiple matters with autonomy while mentoring junior lawyers and contributing to the development of the wider team. - Driving business development initiatives and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships. Candidate Requirements: - UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial real estate. - Solid technical expertise with strong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills. - Proven ability to manage client relationships and lead on complex transactions. - Commercial awareness and a proactive approach to business development. - A collaborative team player who is ambitious, organised, and delivery-focused.
