Real Estate Finance Lawyer | Leading International Law Firm | City of London A leading international law firm is seeking an experienced Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join their market-leading practice as a Managing Associate in London. This is an exciting opportunity for a senior real estate finance lawyer looking to take the next step in their career within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment. The Opportunity: You will be joining a top-tier Real Estate Finance team, known for advising a diverse client base on high-value and complex finance transactions. The group acts for major lenders including global banks, debt funds, and insurers as well as borrowers such as institutional investors, developers, and property companies. The work is varied and often high-profile, encompassing: - Acquisition and investment finance - Development finance - Hotel and leisure financing - Mezzanine and Islamic finance - Structured finance and cross-border transactions You will be working closely with an experienced and supportive partnership, with the autonomy to lead on transactions and play an active role in mentoring junior team members. The firm is also known for promoting client-facing responsibility and offering clear progression pathways for senior lawyers.
