This leading national law firm is seeking an ambitious Real Estate Solicitor to join its market-leading Real Estate team with a focus on the Healthcare sector, consistently ranked Band 1 in Chambers & Partners and recognised as one of the UK's top specialist practices in this field.
The Role:
This is a chance to join one of the UK's most highly regarded healthcare property teams, working on a wide variety of transactions and development projects for investors, funders, developers, operators and care providers across the health and social care sector advising on:-
- Acquisitions and disposals (freehold and leasehold)
- Real estate finance and property development projects
- Title due diligence, reports and certificates of title
- Corporate support work (asset and share sales and purchases)
- Cross-departmental projects with colleagues across corporate, finance and regulatory teams
The work is high-profile, complex and rewarding from healthcare developments and retirement living projects to primary care and independent hospital transactions. With the team's continued growth, there is strong potential for progression and a clear path to develop your own practice within this sector.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with 3-5 years' PQE.
- Strong experience in acquisitions, disposals, finance and/or development work.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in managing client relationships directly.
- A proactive, commercial and collaborative approach.
- An interest in the healthcare or social care property sector (prior sector experience is an advantage but not essential).
