A prestigious City law firm is seeking talented Real Estate Associates to join its highly regarded Real Estate team. The firm's Real Estate department advises across the full lifecycle of property transactions, including:
- Investment and development projects across offices, retail, logistics, hotels, student accommodation, senior living and healthcare.
- Landlord and tenant matters and headquarters relocations.
- Property finance and joint ventures.
- Cross-border mandates, working alongside an international network of top-tier firms.
Working closely with colleagues in finance, corporate, funds, pensions and tax, the team delivers integrated advice on some of the most sophisticated real estate transactions in the UK and beyond.
The Role:
- Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of real estate documents including sale agreements, leases, certificates of title and development agreements.
- Support and, where appropriate, lead on complex transactions for high-profile clients.
- Collaborate across practice areas to deliver seamless advice on multi-disciplinary matters.
- Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives, including industry events and networking opportunities.
- Mentor and supervise junior lawyers and trainees, supporting their professional growth.
Candidate Requirement:
- 3-5 years' PQE (England & Wales qualified).
- Experience gained at a leading City, international or highly ranked regional firm.
- Strong technical ability and commercial awareness in real estate law.
- Excellent drafting, negotiation and communication skills.
- A collaborative, client-focused approach, with the confidence to take responsibility.
