The Role As a Real Estate Associate, you'll join a dynamic and well-resourced team handling a broad range of real estate transactions. You will: - Advise on complex investment, development, and asset management projects. - Act for leading institutional investors, developers, and funds on transactions often exceeding £multi-million in value. - Collaborate closely with colleagues across planning, construction, finance, and tax teams to deliver a full-service offering to clients. - Build strong client relationships and contribute to business development initiatives within the firm's thriving real estate practice. About You The ideal candidate will: - Be a qualified solicitor in England & Wales, ideally with 1-4 years' PQE (although candidates outside this range will be considered). - Have trained and/or worked within a recognised commercial real estate team at a leading national or international law firm. - Demonstrate a strong interest in real estate investment and development work. - Possess excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills. - Be commercially astute, proactive, and committed to delivering exceptional client service. - Enjoy working collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
