As Construction Partner (Non-Contentious), you will play a key role in shaping and expanding the firm's London construction offering. Working closely with colleagues across the UK, you will: - Lead on major non-contentious construction projects, advising on JCT and NEC contracts, development agreements, consultant appointments, collateral warranties, and framework agreements. - Act as a trusted advisor to a sophisticated client base of developers, investors, funds, contractors, and public sector bodies. - Take an active role in business development and client relationship management, with the full support of the firm's national platform. - Mentor and develop junior lawyers, contributing to the team's long-term growth and success. - Collaborate with the wider real estate, banking, and projects teams on significant national and international mandates. Candidate Requirements: - Extensive experience in non-contentious construction law, ideally gained within a leading national or City practice. - A strong track record in managing complex, high-value matters and delivering pragmatic commercial solutions. - An established client following of c.£750,000+ and a clear plan for ongoing business development. - A collaborative, entrepreneurial mindset and the ambition to drive strategic growth in London and beyond.
