An award-winning UK law firm with an established international footprint is seeking a talented Real Estate Associate to join its highly regarded London team.

With a strong culture of collaboration and innovation, the firm advises major clients across sectors including real estate, retail, transport, healthcare, financial services, and logistics.
You will join a successful and well-structured Real Estate team in London, part of a wider national property practice that includes specialist groups in Commercial Property, Real Estate Finance, Planning, Construction, and Real Estate Litigation.
You will work alongside respected partners and senior lawyers on a varied and high-quality caseload, acting for developers, investors, landlords, tenants, and funders. The role offers excellent exposure and scope to build your own client relationships and develop a clear career path within the firm.
Key Responsibilities:
- Advising on acquisitions and disposals of investment and development property, including sale and leaseback transactions.
- Negotiating leases and landlord and tenant documentation for both landlords and occupiers.
- Handling the acquisition of development sites and negotiating development agreements.
- Supervising junior colleagues on portfolio management, including licences, consents, and renewals.
- Reviewing and advising on title and heads of terms.
- Coordinating with other teams such as Corporate, Banking, and Construction on cross-departmental transactions.
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor (England & Wales) with ideally 2-4 years' PQE in commercial real estate.
- Solid experience across landlord and tenant, acquisitions, disposals, and development work.
- Strong technical and client-handling skills, with a commercial and solutions-focused approach.
- Proactive, collaborative, and confident in managing client relationships.
- Enthusiastic about business development and contributing to the continued growth of the team.
