Real Estate Lawyer A leading London law firm is seeking a talented and commercially minded Real Estate Lawyer (Associate or Senior Associate) to join its highly regarded Real Estate team. This permanent position offers the chance to work on complex mixed-use developments and regeneration projects for a diverse range of clients, including developers, investors, and institutional landlords. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced real estate lawyer with a strong interest in mixed-use development and complex property transactions. You will: - Take ownership of your work and provide commercial, pragmatic advice tailored to clients' objectives - Work on high-value developments, regeneration projects, and investment transactions - Advise on a range of matters including asset management, acquisitions, disposals, leasing, and joint ventures - Support clients through all stages of the transaction, from pre-acquisition due diligence to completion and post-completion management - Engage directly with clients, ensuring smooth delivery and maintaining strong professional relationships You will be joining a supportive, collaborative team that values technical excellence and proactive problem-solving. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of mixed-use property projects across London and the UK, combining high-profile central London schemes with broader regional developments. The ideal candidate will have: - 4-7 years' PQE gained in a leading commercial real estate practice - Strong experience in complex developments, regeneration projects, and mixed-use real estate transactions - Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client management skills - A commercial mindset, with the ability to deliver practical, solution-focused advice - Confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively with senior lawyers and partners - You will be proactive, commercially aware, and capable of taking ownership of your work, while contributing to a team known for its high-quality, client-focused approach.
