They are seeking a talented and ambitious Construction Lawyer to join their highly regarded London team, to focus on clean energy matters. This is an excellent career opportunity for a construction lawyer looking to deepen their expertise in renewable energy projects, work alongside market-leading partners, and develop a long-term career within one of the UK's most prominent clean energy teams. The Opportunity You will join a dynamic and highly collaborative national practice advising clients across the full spectrum of clean energy technologies. Working closely with senior specialists across England, you will play a key role on complex, high-profile projects in the renewable and low-carbon energy space. Key Responsibilities You will advise on a wide range of clean energy and construction matters including: - BESS (Battery Energy Storage System) supply agreements, including with major global manufacturers - EPC contracts, O&M agreements and LTSAs - Component warranties and equipment supply arrangements - Development, acquisition and disposal of clean energy projects - Support on major renewable energy transactions and project development work About You - 4+ years' PQE in construction, commercial or projects work (clean energy experience advantageous) - Strong knowledge of technologies such as BESS, solar PV, wind, hydro, energy-from-waste, biogas, hydrogen, EV charging or district heating - A commercial, client-focused approach and a genuine interest in the fast-growing renewable energy sector - Confidence working on complex matters and collaborating with colleagues across different practice areas and locations Why This Role? - Join one of the UK's leading clean energy practices with a strong national footprint - Work on major renewable energy projects shaping the future of the sector - Excellent career progression within a growing, strategically important team - Access to a wide internal network of over 90 lawyers across core complementary disciplines - Support from a dedicated clean energy PSL to help you stay at the forefront of industry developments This is an outstanding opportunity for a construction or projects lawyer seeking to advance their career in the clean energy sector, within a highly supportive and forward-thinking national firm.
