Outstanding opportunity to join a Tier 1 Projects & Construction practice - an elite international law firm is seeking an experienced Projects Lawyer to join its highly regarded Construction & Projects team. The Opportunity

The Team has a market-leading reputation acting for major financial institutions and investors, prominent developers and housebuilders, global energy providers, government departments, utilities and transport bodies; and, ter-one UK and international contractors.
Their work spans infrastructure, energy (including nuclear, renewables and oil & gas), transport, real estate development, water and waste, and major public sector schemes. Recent and ongoing mandates include landmark national and international projects across rail, aviation, energy generation, regeneration schemes, and high-profile urban redevelopment.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise on high-value real estate development, building safety matters, and transactional construction and projects work
- Work closely with major developers, funders, contractors and public sector clients
- Build and deepen long-term relationships with an impressive existing client base
- Play an active role in business development and pitching for new mandates
- Collaborate with colleagues across Real Estate, Finance and wider practice groups
- Supervise and mentor junior lawyers, contributing to the ongoing development of the team
- Work on leading national and international projects, gaining exposure across infrastructure, energy, real estate and financial services sectors
About You
- At least 5 years' PQE in construction and/or projects work from a respected commercial firm or in-house team
- Strong technical ability and sound commercial judgment
- Experience in complex development matters and higher-risk building projects
- Confident working closely with high-profile clients and managing multiple workstreams
- Enjoys working collaboratively within a large, collegiate and internationally integrated team
- Experience supervising junior colleagues and supporting team development
- Flexibility to work across both construction and projects mandates will be a distinct advantage.
