As an experienced lawyer in this team, your key responsibilities include: - Leading on the procurement and delivery of complex energy and infrastructure projects - Drafting, negotiating and finalising sophisticated commercial and project agreements - Acting as a trusted adviser to clients, delivering pragmatic and commercially focused advice - Managing day-to-day client relationships with partner support - Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers - Contributing to business development and the continued growth of the practice You will be encouraged to shape your own practice within a supportive, collaborative and high-performing environment. The team is open to lawyers from a range of backgrounds and will consider candidates with experience in projects, energy, construction, infrastructure, PFI/PPP or complex commercial contracts.
