- Supporting larger projects such as joint ventures, regeneration schemes, leisure and care sector developments
- Managing golden brick completions and post-completion matters
- Advising on transactional structuring, including SDLT and VAT considerations
- Supporting partners on large-scale portfolio transactions
- Building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the practice
Candidate Profile
You will be:
- A qualified solicitor with 2-4 years' PQE in real estate
- Experienced in site acquisition and development work
- A strong communicator with a client-focused approach
- Commercially aware, proactive and detail-oriented
- Technically strong, with excellent drafting and negotiation skills
- Experience acting for registered providers, affordable housing clients or regeneration projects would be advantageous but is not essential.
The Opportunity
This is a genuinely attractive role for a solicitor who wants:
- Exposure to high-quality development work early in their career
- Direct partner support and mentoring
- A clear pathway to increased responsibility and progression
- Long-term stability within a growing, well-regarded real estate practice
