You will support a well-established and growing development team, advising on a broad and stimulating caseload that includes: - Commercial development and regeneration projects - Site acquisitions and disposals - Pre-lets, forward funding and joint venture arrangements - Landlord and tenant matters across the commercial property spectrum This role is particularly well-suited to a Real Estate Lawyer who enjoys working closely with clients, contributing to business development, and playing a visible role in the continued growth of a national real estate practice. The firm is keen to speak with qualified real estate lawyers who can demonstrate: - Strong technical and commercial experience in commercial property law - Exposure to development and/or investment work (training and support can be provided where needed) - Confidence in managing client relationships and contributing to wider team objectives - An interest in developing a long-term career within a leading real estate team Experience in development work is advantageous, but not essential.
