A leading UK law firm is seeking a Senior Associate to join its highly regarded London Real Estate team. This is a standout opportunity for an experienced commercial property lawyer looking to step into a senior associate role with genuine responsibility, profile-building opportunities, and a clear pathway towards partnership.
The team is recognised as a market leader in real estate transactions and advises on some of the most significant and high-profile property projects in the UK, acting for major investors, developers, funders and occupiers across all asset classes.
Following a sustained period of growth, the firm is looking to strengthen its London real estate capability with the addition of a Senior Associate. You will manage your own matters while working closely with partners on large-scale, complex and high-value transactions.
This role is particularly well suited to lawyers who have begun to develop a specialism within commercial property whether investment, development, funding or asset management and are now looking to deepen that expertise while maintaining a broad and high-quality practice.
In addition to fee-earning, you will play a meaningful role in supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, contributing to team development and positioning yourself as a senior voice within the practice.

Key Responsibilities:
- Leading and managing commercial real estate transactions from instruction through to completion
- Advising on investment acquisitions and disposals, development projects, funding arrangements and asset management work
- Working closely with partners on complex, high-value matters
- Managing large-scale transactions and coordinating junior team members and paralegals
- Supervising, mentoring and developing associates and trainees
- Playing an active role in client relationship management and business development
- Supporting the strategic growth and evolution of the London real estate practice
About You:
- UK-qualified solicitor with 5+ years' PQE in commercial property / real estate
- Strong experience across investment, development, funding and/or asset management
- Commercial, solutions-focused approach with strong technical skills
- Confident managing stakeholders and advising sophisticated clients
- Organised and effective at running multiple matters simultaneously
- Genuinely interested in business development and building a long-term practice
- Ambitious, collaborative and keen to take on leadership responsibility
