Commercial Property Solicitor | Top 100 UK Law Firm | London A highly regarded, full-service City law firm is seeking a Commercial Property Solicitor to join its established and growing Real Estate team in London. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior lawyer to develop their career within a top-tier environment, working alongside recognised leaders in the development space. You will join a specialist Commercial Property Development team known for advising a broad range of clients across the residential and mixed-use development sector. The team is consistently ranked in the legal directories and works on high-value, complex matters for national housebuilders, developers, investors and asset managers. This role offers exposure to a varied and high-quality caseload, alongside genuine opportunities for progression and early responsibility. Your work will include: - Advising on site acquisitions and disposals for residential and mixed-use developments - Supporting on large-scale development projects, including strategic land and promotion agreements - Acting on plot sales and estate management matters - Advising on affordable housing and build-to-rent (BTR) schemes - Handling landlord and tenant matters within development projects - Assisting with property finance transactions - Managing client relationships and acting as a key day-to-day contact - Collaborating closely with partners and colleagues across the wider Real Estate group You will benefit from hands-on experience, working directly with partners and clients, ensuring strong technical and commercial development.
