An outstanding opportunity has arisen for a talented Real Estate Associate to join a leading international law firm's highly regarded London-based Real Estate team advising a broad client base including developers, contractors, funders, sponsors and public bodies on complex and innovative projects.
This role offers exposure to market-leading real estate development and real estate finance work, acting on complex, high-value projects across the UK and internationally. It is particularly well-suited to a commercially minded lawyer seeking to deepen their expertise within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
You will join a team recognised for its involvement in major infrastructure, energy and real estate development projects, working alongside highly respected practitioners in the field. The firm has a strong reputation for delivering technically excellent, commercially focused advice to a prestigious client base.

Key Responsibilities:
- Advise on real estate development and project matters, acting for institutional investors, developers, funders and public sector bodies
- Work across real estate finance and development structures, including acquisitions, forward funding, refinancing and joint ventures
- Support on large-scale residential, mixed-use, infrastructure and energy projects
- Take ownership of core elements of transactions, with increasing responsibility as you progress
- Build and maintain strong client relationships with leading market participants
- Collaborate with colleagues across UK offices and international teams
Candidate requirements:
- UK-qualified (or equivalent) with 2-5 years' PQE
- Have experience in real estate development/finance
- Demonstrate strong drafting and negotiation skills
- Possess a commercial, solution-driven approach
- Be keen to take on responsibility and develop client relationships
- Thrive in a collaborative, high-performing team environment
