Construction Associate (Non-Contentious) | City of London A highly regarded, specialist law firm is seeking a talented Non-Contentious Construction Associate to join its long-established London team. You will join a specialist non-contentious construction team working closely with real estate colleagues on a broad range of development-led transactions. The role offers exposure to a wide variety of high-value and complex projects across sectors including: - Mixed-use and urban regeneration schemes - Office, retail, and logistics developments - Hotels and living assets (including build-to-rent and co-living) - Infrastructure and engineering projects - Refurbishment and asset repositioning work You will advise on all aspects of construction procurement and documentation, supporting clients throughout the lifecycle of their developments.
