The practice combines transactional strength with deep sector insight, offering a truly full-service platform to a sophisticated client base. The Role You will play a leading role in advising on complex, high-value real estate matters, including: - Acquisitions and disposals - Development and regeneration projects - Real estate finance and private equity investments, including fund formation - Joint ventures and programmatic investment structures - Planning, zoning, environmental and infrastructure matters - Affordable housing schemes - Restructurings and workouts - Commercial leasing - REITs and listed real estate structures The team is at the forefront of an evolving real estate capital markets landscape, regularly advising on innovative investment structures and cross-border transactions.
