Qualifications: * Juris Doctor (JD) from a leading law school with a strong academic record. * Extensive M&A experience at a prominent U.S. law firm, including direct responsibility for deal management. * Strong understanding of corporate law principles and the M&A lifecycle. * Proven track record of working independently and leading client engagements. * Admission to the New York, Boston, or Chicago bar, with eligibility to practice in New York.
