A mid-level Corporate Associate with strong transactional experience and bilingual fluency in Mandarin and English, currently practicing at a New York-based law firm known for its focus on securities and corporate matters for emerging growth companies, cross-border clients, and public companies. This attorney has 3-5 years of experience in U.S. securities law, capital markets transactions, and general corporate counseling, including experience with registered offerings and public company reporting obligations. The associate is well-versed in advising both domestic and international clients-particularly those from Asia-on a variety of complex corporate transactions, including IPOs, follow-on offerings, mergers and acquisitions, reverse mergers, and SPAC-related deals. They are comfortable working with issuers, underwriters, and investors, and are familiar with navigating SEC regulations and stock exchange requirements. This attorney is proactive, detail-oriented, and client-focused, often acting as the day-to-day contact for both U.S. and foreign clients.
