An experienced and business-focused M&A Associate with 4 to 8 years of transactional experience at a major international law firm. Based in New York, this attorney has played a key role in advising on complex mergers, acquisitions, and other corporate transactions across a broad range of industries and deal structures.
Currently at a firm with a strong national and global M&A presence, the associate has worked extensively with public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and portfolio companies. Their practice spans the full spectrum of transactional work, including leveraged buyouts, growth equity investments, joint ventures, strategic mergers, and divestitures.
This associate brings a practical, solutions-driven approach to deal execution, combining deep technical knowledge with strong commercial judgment. They are comfortable managing deal flow independently, leading drafting and negotiation of key transaction documents, coordinating due diligence, and communicating directly with clients and opposing counsel.
