Mergers & Acquisitions Associate - New York (4th-7th Year) An experienced M&A Associate with 4-7 years of practice advising on sophisticated corporate transactions across the U.S. and Canada. Currently based in the New York office of a cross-border law firm, this attorney focuses on representing public and private companies, private equity sponsors, and strategic investors in a wide variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, joint ventures, and corporate reorganizations. The associate has developed a strong track record in both domestic and cross-border deal execution, often working closely with clients across the financial services, life sciences, technology, and energy sectors. With a commercially minded and detail-oriented approach, they are relied upon to manage drafting responsibilities, conduct due diligence, coordinate closing logistics, and collaborate with internal tax, regulatory, and employment teams to facilitate seamless execution.
