Capital Markets Associate (V-50 firm)

An elite Capital Markets practice is seeking Associate and Managing Associate candidates with 2-6 years of experience in equity and/or debt capital markets to join its innovative legal team. This position offers the opportunity to work on high-impact transactions within the technology sector, supporting clients through capital raising activities and public market engagements. Key Responsibilities: * Advise technology sector clients on capital raising strategies, including initial public offerings (IPOs) and ongoing public company matters. * Represent investment banks and institutional investors in a range of public market transactions. * Provide counsel on securities law compliance and regulatory matters. * Draft and negotiate offering documents, registration statements, and related disclosures. * Collaborate with cross-functional legal and business teams to ensure effective transaction execution. * Stay informed on market developments, regulatory changes, and industry best practices. Qualifications: * 2-6 years of relevant legal experience in capital markets, ideally gained at a major law firm. * Strong expertise in public securities offerings and related regulatory frameworks. * Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality legal services in a client-focused, fast-paced environment. * Excellent communication, drafting, and organizational skills. * Admission to the bar in the relevant jurisdiction or eligibility for admission.
