Associate - Energy & Infrastructure - 6-8 years

Position Overview: The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9+ years of relevant experience in infrastructure transactions, including public-private partnerships (PPP), project financings, and equity sponsorship representation. The role offers the opportunity to work on a diverse portfolio of matters for prominent clients across multiple jurisdictions. Key Requirements: * Strong track record in Energy & Infrastructure transactions. * Experience advising on PPP projects, project financings, and equity sponsorships. * Exceptional communication and client relationship skills. * Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. * Excellent academic credentials. * Active membership in the State Bar of the relevant jurisdiction.
