A prominent international law firm is seeking a highly skilled attorney to join its nationally recognized Energy & Infrastructure practice. This opportunity offers the chance to work on some of the most complex and high-profile infrastructure projects in the United States and internationally, supporting a diverse client base that includes public agencies, private developers, investors, and financial institutions.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide legal counsel on a broad range of infrastructure transactions, with an emphasis on:
*
Public-private partnerships (PPP/P3)
*
Project finance structures (including non-recourse and limited recourse financing)
*
Representation of equity sponsors and other project participants
*
Draft, review, and negotiate complex project agreements and financing documents
*
Conduct legal due diligence, risk assessment, and regulatory analysis
*
Collaborate with clients and cross-functional teams on project development and execution
*
Stay current on industry developments, regulatory changes, and market trends affecting infrastructure and energy projects
Ideal Candidate Profile:
*
Experience: 6 to 8 years of legal experience in infrastructure transactions at a top-tier law firm or in-house legal department
*
Subject Matter Expertise: Deep understanding of the legal and commercial aspects of large-scale infrastructure projects, including PPP models and project finance mechanisms
*
Skills:
*
Strong written and verbal communication
*
Excellent negotiation and drafting skills
*
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
*
Team-oriented mindset with a client-service approach
*
Credentials:
*
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school
*
Admission to the State Bar in the relevant jurisdiction (or eligibility to waive in)

A track record of academic excellence and professional achievement
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary: Competitive range from $390,000 to $435,000, commensurate with experience and location
