Position Summary: The New York office is seeking a Corporate/M&A Associate to work closely with partners and senior lawyers on a wide range of transactional and advisory matters. The role includes structuring, negotiating, and executing mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and other strategic corporate transactions, often involving international components. The associate will also provide ongoing corporate governance and general advisory support to both privately held and publicly traded clients.
