A leading global law firm is seeking a Mid-Level to Senior Associate to join its Emerging Companies & Venture Capital (ECVC) practice within the broader Corporate group. The firm is widely recognized for its collaborative culture, international reach, and commitment to excellence across corporate, litigation, and regulatory matters. The ECVC team advises high-growth companies, venture capital firms, and investors throughout the business lifecycle-from formation and seed financing to growth capital and exit transactions. The practice is particularly active in the technology and innovation sectors, handling complex venture financings, M&A transactions, and strategic investments for both early-stage and mature clients. Key Requirements: * 4-6 years of sophisticated corporate law experience, with a focus on venture capital transactions and emerging company representation * Additional experience in mergers and acquisitions, ideally within the technology sector * Strong drafting, negotiation, and client management skills * Active membership in the bar of the state where the candidate will practice Compensation & Benefits: The role offers a highly competitive salary range of $265,000 - $390,000, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health coverage, retirement plans, and paid family leave.
